  Wednesday, May 14, 2025 - Join us for a discussion and workshop on Envisions new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant called Ally!  This easy to use AI assistant was designed specifically for people who are blind or visually impaired -  Just speak or type in your query and Ally responds. Available as an app on your smartphone or on Envisions Smart Glasses. Use cases include scene description,  reading a menu or distant sign, object recognition, and more. The AI also allows you to add in your personal preferences giving a customized experience.

  Thursday, May 8, 2025 - Join us as we discuss helpful apps for children who are visually impaired. We will be joined by members of the Lighthouse staff to review some apps commonly used by people with visual impairments and how they work.
