With proper training and guidance, people with vision loss can live active lives and learn to travel within and beyond their communities. This program describes common self-travel methods and also provides detailed instruction in the “guide technique,” an effective way to assist individuals with vision loss. The program features a 12-minute instructional video and a 20-page illustrated booklet. Available in English and Spanish.
