This session will provide an overview of voice command technology, including what it is, how it works, and the ways it can be used to make daily tasks easier. Participants will also learn practical examples of how clients are using voice commands to stay connected, organized, and independent.
About the Speaker: Brenna is an Occupational Therapist at the Lighthouse Guild.She graduated from Hofstra University with a Master’s degree in OT. She hasexperience working with clients who are blind and visually impaired which ofteninvolves teaching individuals to use assistive apps and AI. She is passionateabout learning of new assistive technology that may help her patients tofulfill their goals.
