About the Session

In this session, we will explore Orientation and Mobility (O&M)—what it is, how it works, and why it’s important for people who are blind or have low vision. We’ll look at key skills for safe and confident travel in all types of weather, along with helpful tools and techniques.

Learn how specialists determine what your child can see and how they use their remaining vision in daily activities. We’ll explore strategies, tools, and practical supports that can help your child learn more effectively, feel confident, and navigate their world with greater independence.
