The Switch to Microsoft Edge
Starting June 15, 2022, the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser will no longer be supported on Microsoft Windows 10 and older operating systems. Internet Explorer users are encouraged to move to Microsoft Edge (the new Microsoft Windows web browser), Mozilla Firefox or other web browser, otherwise a website you are attempting to access will inform you it no longer supports the browser you are using. This does not affect Apple products as Apple uses Safari for browsing the internet.
For more information, on the switch to Microsoft Edge, go to basic Support section of the Microsoft website.
The website also provides more information on Accessibility with the new Microsoft Edge.
For help with switching to Microsoft Edge, the Microsoft Accessibility Tips and Help page lists ways to connect for assistance.
Or call the Accessibility Help Line: 1-800-936-5900.
The Help Line is available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time.
