A community-centered, hands-on workshop for exploring assistive technology together.

Tech In-Session is a monthly, in-person workshop designed for blind and low vision individuals who want to explore assistive technology in a supportive, guided setting. Each session centers on shared learning through discussion, demonstration, and real-world application.

Sessions feature guided conversations, hands-on demonstrations, and occasional guest speakers as we dive into devices, apps, wayfinding tools, smart home solutions, and other accessible technologies. Topics rotate each month and are selected to reflect current tools, updates, and everyday technology needs.

This welcoming environment encourages curiosity, learning, and shared experience. Participants are invited to observe, ask questions, try things out, and learn alongside peers and Lighthouse Guild staff in a collaborative, inclusive space.
