Veronica (Noni) Rossini, Chief Marketing Officer

Veronica (Noni) Rossini joined Lighthouse Guild as Chief Marketing Officer in 2025. Noni brings 17+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy across mission-driven organizations. She built and scaled marketing and communications functions at the Tent Partnership for Refugees, Chobani CEO Hamdi Ulukaya’s foundation, where she served as Vice President of Europe and Interim Executive Director, and at Girl Effect/Nike Foundation, where she served as Director of Marketing and Communications. Her career also includes leading strategic communications for high-profile global brands at communications consultancy Teneo, where she directed campaigns for Meta, McDonald’s, and Coca-Cola.

At Lighthouse Guild, Noni leads the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies to elevate the organization’s national reach and impact. She oversees brand positioning, digital marketing, media relations, and stakeholder engagement to ensure Lighthouse Guild is recognized as the leading services organization for people with vision impairment.  

Noni earned an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Warwick. She is multilingual, with native fluency in English, Italian, and Portuguese, and professional proficiency in Spanish and French.
