Valerie Chianuri

Valerie Chianuri is the General Counsel and Head of People and Operations of nTopology Inc. (nTop), a computational design and engineering software company. There, she is responsible for strategy and oversight of the legal, compliance, information security, and people operations functions. Prior to nTop, she held similar roles at several high-growth technology companies.

Ms. Chianuri pivoted to law following a career in financial services at American Express and Deloitte, where she focused on business transformation strategies in compliance, corporate governance, and IT risk. She has over 20 years of experience serving as a trusted strategic legal and operational advisor, focusing on accomplishing long-term business goals, sustainable revenue generation, and results-driven leadership. Ms. Chianuri is often called upon to advise on innovation, governance, and social initiatives within both for-profit and philanthropic sectors.

Ms. Chianuri holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where she double majored in Finance and Management & Organizational Communications, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.
