Sarah Kramer
Sarah Kramer oversees Spark Foundry Global and U.S. Media Agency Network, which is part of the Publicis Groupe holding company. This Brand is the second-largest media agency in the U.S. Sarah’s leadership and operational strength continue to enable year-over-year revenue growth with a strong prospecting pipeline and best-in-class organic growth strategies.
Her leadership has driven double-digit revenue growth year-over-year with strong organic growth across progressive and modern marketing approaches, including Data and Technology Solutions, Addressable Media, Commerce, Social, and Content practices. Her focus on data-driven marketing, leveraging consumer and business insights, and integrating new AI solutions have helped deliver market-leading results for clients.
Sarah began her career as a graphic designer, passionate about bringing brand and consumer concepts to life visually. She has held ascending domestic and global leadership roles across media and creative assignments, including an appointment in Shanghai as interim CEO for Starcom MediaVest Groupe Greater China. During her tenure at Publicis Media, Kramer has honed her expertise in a variety of categories such as retail, CPG, liquor, QSR, automotive, pharmaceutical, and technology.
On Sarah’s watch, Spark Foundry was named by COMvergence as the number 1 global and NA agency network in terms of net new business for fiscal 2023. In 2022, Spark Foundry was named by AdAge and AdWeek as the U.S. Media Agency of the Year. Sarah has been recognized as an outstanding “40 over 40” leader and Woman “Leading the Charge” by Campaign Magazine and was honored as a “Leading Woman” by AdAge. An executive member of She Runs It, Sarah was recognized by the group as a “Changing the Game” award recipient in 2021 for her leadership in aligning an organization to meet new challenges proactively.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa, where she has served on the advisory council of the Tippie College of Business’s School of Management.
