Jay R. Fialkoff
Jay R. Fialkoff is Senior Counsel and former managing partner at Moses & Singer LLP in New York City. He has practiced commercial civil litigation in New York for more than 45 years. Mr. Fialkoff serves on the board of the Filomen M. D’Agostino Greenberg Music School and JBI Library (formerly known as Jewish Braille Institute). He previously served on the Board of Birch Family Services.
In 2019, Mr. Fialkoff and his wife, Iris, were honored by Birch Family Services for their years of volunteer service to the Board, their financial support, and for their advocacy for people with disabilities. He has also provided grants to support Birch’s programs, including New Frontier.
As a Trustee of a private foundation, he has supported a number of organizations involved in providing services to the disabled particularly in the areas of vision loss and retinal disease.
