Diana (Dee) Falvo
Diana (Dee) Falvo joined Lighthouse Guild as Chief Development Officer in 2026. In this role, she is responsible for leading the organization’s fundraising strategy, development operations, and philanthropic partnerships in support of Lighthouse Guild’s mission.
Dee brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience, with expertise in major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, campaign management, donor analytics, and board development. Prior to joining Lighthouse Guild, Dee held senior leadership roles at Enterprise Community Partners and CCS Fundraising, where she worked with mission-driven organizations to strengthen fundraising programs, deepen stakeholder relationships, and advance organizational growth.
She earned an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA from Smith College. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Boyds Mills, which aims to positively impact children by amplifying the voices of storytellers who inform, educate, and inspire children to become their best selves.
