About the Speaker

Bob Schiff is a technology visionary with over 20 years of experience driving growth and profitability for both emerging and established companies. He is the founder of, Workplace Way, a consulting firm bringing AI solutions to businesses as well as the Founder of Dark Cryptonite, a patented off-grid cybersecurity platform. He spearheaded Cyberlitica, Inc. a dark web intelligence company, established Cydentify Solutions, an Israeli Biometrics company and played a key role in launching Ultimate Software, which was aquired for 11 billion in 2019. Bob is deeply passionate about empowering the visually impaired through technology and continues to be a driving force in the ever-evolving technology landscape. 

Dr. Bryan Wolynski, OD FAAO, is the Chief Technology Officer at Lighthouse Guild, an organization dedicated to providing services to those who are visually impaired, so they can achieve their goals. He oversees all technology resources for the organization, including the recently opened Lighthouse Guild Technology Center, and develops strategies to bring the latest technological advances to people who are blind and visually impaired.

Shanell Matos is a technology assistant for the Lighthouse Guild Technology Center, leveraging her expertise, education, and passion for assistive technology from her first-hand experience with vision loss. Her exceptional skills with technology and ambition have assisted with her career goals and access to the things she loves.
