NaviLens is a Spanish technology company dedicated to enhancing independence and accessibility for people who are blind or have low vision. Using the NaviLens mobile app, users can scan special NaviLens codes and receive instant audio information—without needing to focus the camera.
In this session, we’ll explore how NaviLens technology is being implemented across sectors to improve accessibility and inclusion. You’ll also learn how user feedback is shaping NaviLens’ ongoing commitment to user-centered design and universal accessibility.

José Castejón – Head of PMO, NaviLens
José joined NaviLens in March 2024 with the mission of managing and coordinating global accessibility projects. Motivated by the opportunity to simplify daily life for people with vision loss, his passion for inclusion continues to drive his work. Since September 2025, José has led the PMO department, collaborating with organizations worldwide to make their spaces and services more accessible. His close connection with users—and dedication to listening to their needs—fuels NaviLens’ innovation as a user-first company committed to global accessibility.
