Is there a dress code?
Come as you are in whatever outfit speaks to you that day.
Where can I pick up my tickets?
There are no physical tickets; All you’ll need is your name at the door.
What is a “reservation time”?
The reservation time on your ticket is the time you are committing to enter the space. This is so everyone doesn’t come in at the last minute and prevent the show from starting on time.
Can I make a seating request?
Seating is assigned by a Matre’d on the day of the show in order to best fit the reservations and party sizes. Sold-out shows have pre-assigned seating — to make sure everyone gets a seat. Generally speaking, the earlier the arrival, the closer to the stage within the seating section you are sat. However, the only guarantee is that you will be in the seating section on your ticket.
Where are you located?
The Green Room 42 is located on the 4th floor (the Skylobby) of YOTEL Hotel on 42nd Street and 10th Avenue.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
In an effort to make Cabaret, Concert, and Small Stage Performances accessible to all, there is no food and beverage minimum at The Green Room 42.
What if I’m running late?
Don’t worry. The Green Room 42 will hold your seats. But, if the show is sold outand there is a waitlist, The Green Room 42 will open up your seats to the waitlist 15 minutes after showtime.
When will I receive my livestream link?
If you purchase a livestream ticket, the link will be sent out 30 minutes prior to the show. At show time, The Green Room 42 will send the link out for a second time to any last-minute ticket buyers.
Can I take pictures during the show?
Use of cellphones and other recording devices is strictly ENCOURAGED. Tag The Green Room 42 in them (but don’t annoy your neighbors.) @thegreenroom42
What if I can’t make the show?
All The Green Room 42 tickets are final sale, meaning that it cannot offer refunds for its events.
When do ticket sales close?
Ticket sales close 2 hours before show time. This includes livestream.
Do you have parking?
There is a parking garage underneath YOTEL Hotel with an entrance on 41st Street, between Dyer and 10th Avenues.
Is the food and beverage service during the show?
There is full food and beverage service before and during the show starting at 6 pm when doors open.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes — but they’re $5 more at the door plus fees so buy online early. Discount codes are not accepted at the door.
Will I be sharing a table?
All of The Green Room 42 seating is cabaret style, so tables are filled with multiple parties, depending on party size.
