Holiday Party for Manhattan GuildCare 2019

December 19, 2019, was the date for the holiday celebration at the Manhattan GuildCare Program of Lighthouse Guild. The day was full of special treats including a holiday breakfast and cheese cake for dessert after lunch. For the past few years, the clients have had the benefit of the generosity of Lighthouse Guild volunteers, staff and other donors who provided the gifts presented during the holiday party. The gifts included personal care items such as shaving kits for men, spa gift sets for women, blankets, talking watches and more. Santa led the group in a holiday sing a long, then presented the gifts to the clients. Many of our program participants live in group homes.  This holiday celebration is often the only chance they get to fellowship and celebrate the season.  On behalf of the GuildCare program participants, we say thank you to all who helped make this day possible!
