Join us as we discuss helpful apps for children who are visually impaired. We will be joined by members of the Lighthouse staff to review some apps commonly used by people with visual impairments and how they work. We will also ask parents to tell us their favorite apps and learn about their experiences with using technology with their child.
About the Speakers
Nancy Doyle is a NY State Certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired who has been working with blind and visually impaired children at the Lighthouse Guild for over 15 years. She currently provides vision services for the Lighthouse Guild at the Adapt Community Network Manhattan Preschool Program.
