Join us for a hands-on workshop on Seeing AI, an extremely useful smartphone application built for people who are blind or visually impaired. Whether you are new to the app or want to refresh your knowledge, this session will guide you through the apps features. Seeing AI is a free app, available on iOS and Android devices, that uses artificial intelligence to assist with reading printed text, describing scenes, identifying people and much more. We will explore its practical uses and discuss how it can make certain tasks more efficient.
This workshop is a prefect opportunity to ask questions, share tips and connect with others who use assistive technology. Through interactive demonstration, real life scenarios and discussion we will all learn how the Seeing AI app can enhance independence and productivity.
