About the Moderators
Bryan Wolynski, OD, FAAO, is an Optometrist and the Chief Technology Officer at Lighthouse Guild. He oversees the organization’s technology resources and initiatives and develops strategies to bring the latest technological advancements to people who are blind or visually impaired.
Shanell Matos is a technology assistant for the Lighthouse Guild Technology Center, leveraging her expertise, education, and passion for assistive technology from her first-hand experience with vision loss. Her exceptional skills with technology and ambition have assisted with her goals.
Norbert Rum is a seasoned expert in UX Design and Accessibility, proudly holding CPWA certification from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and Trusted Tester Certification. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing, website development, and customer acquisition strategies, Norbert is passionate about enhancing accessibility and fostering inclusive digital environments. As the creator of the largest online community for the blind, /r/Blind on Reddit, he leads a vibrant forum that supports thousands in harnessing accessible technologies to improve their lives. The /r/Blind community is a hub for learning, sharing, and innovation in assistive tech.
