Challenged Athletes Foundation Grant Workshop – Confirmation

Thank you for registering for the Lighthouse Guild/Challenged Athletes Foundation Grant Workshop. Lighthouse Guild has no influence on the outcome of grant applications. The goal of the workshop is to help individuals create strong applications to be considered for the Spring 2024 Grants. 

In preparation for the workshop, please be sure you have the following documents:

• Letter of legal blindness
• Letter from ophthalmologist or optometrist detailing your visual acuity/visual disability.

Please bring your laptop or mobile device to aid with the application process.
