Natalie will share her captivating journey, offering insights into the triumphs and tribulations of entrepreneurship, the joys and the challenges of motherhood, and the impactful advocacy work she has undertaken in the visually impaired community.
About the Speaker
Natalie Shearer, prompted by her own experiences with Usher Syndrome — a form of deaf blindness — and expertise in Educational Technology, has spent four years operating an accessibility consulting firm prior to joining Lotus as Head of Accessibility. She’s a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and leads the Lotus team in their efforts to stay true to their disability-led mission.
